These old cross-vaulted rooms, which give the building a distinctive flair, have been transformed into lounges, suites and meeting rooms. Das Triest is a perfect example for the symbiosis of history and modern design. Our staff are well aware of the fact that today's business travelers highly appreciate premium quality and personal service. Room information The hotel offers 72 spacious rooms which are divided into three different categories. The Suites, Junior Suites as well as the Standard rooms spoil you with the comfort of a deluxe hotel and some rooms even offer their own garden. Rooms are a true home away from home. Eat & Drink Enjoy the hotel's culinary offerings - modern interpretations of Italian dishes, particularly from the Friaul and Collio regions. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 12.00 until 14:30 and Monday to Saturday from 18:30 until 22:00 (last order). Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
